Phil McKeegan

Phil’s experience in the Optical market extends beyond 20 years and he has worked for the Big Two, as well as Charmant among others. He’s always had an eye on sales, but has operated at senior managerial and regional levels. Phil also has unbounded technical knowledge of materials (don’t ask him about Titanium!!!), production techniques and design. He is a keen follower of sport, particularly football and loves his two dogs almost as much as he does his wife, two daughters and granddaughter! Phil doesn’t like Onions though.

Lynne Gray

The main force behind our high level of customer service is Lynne Gray, who dots the I's and crosses the T's in Hamilton, keeps the couriers on their toes, ensures stock is at hand and keeps our customers up-to-date with delivery times etc. Lynne loves to dance, a passion she has taken to the stage on many occasions and she has the ability to waltz round Phil! Lynne doesn’t have as much passion for green foods like salad.

Andy McLintock

Phil and Lynne are joined by Andy McLintock, who as Commercial Director gets to roam the country banging the drum about Mint, our service and our products. Andy used to work in the City, but gave it all up to help Phil start and build up Mint Eyewear. The best decision he’s made as his long and short-sighted family and friends agree with!!! Andy, like Phil, is a big sports fan and football is his thing. He and Phil prove that football is just a game as one follows the Blue team and the other the Green team in Scotland. He doesn’t like celery – who does?
